Return Policy

Alvira Store accepts return requests made within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags included. Requests made after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at support@alvirastore.com and include your order number along with a brief explanation of your return request. After we review your request, we’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Return Process

• Send your return request by email with order details.
• Wait for approval and return instructions.
• Pack the item securely to avoid damage.
• Ship it back using the provided instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not charge any extra restocking fees for returned items.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once preparation or shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us at support@alvirastore.com with clear photos and a description. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or correction.
